As we already mentioned, the new RAM 1500 REV will come with an STLA body on a frame chassis that will be borrowed from a regular model. It will offer good driving capabilities and best-in-class maximum towing capabilities. With a smaller battery that will be 170 kWh, this truck will be able to tow up to 14,000 pounds, which is 3,000 pounds more than its direct rival, the Ford F-150 Lighting.
The maximum range when paired with a high-capacity battery will be 500 miles, and that battery will have a capacity of 245 kWh.
The powertrain will also be interesting. It will be based on an 800-volt architecture. With two motor setups, one for the front wheels and one for the rear wheels. 2025 RAM 1500 Rev Design
