The world’s first all-electric commercial pickup, the 2023 Lordstown Endurance, will arrive later this year, featuring a very attractive design. According to Lordstown Motors company, the new truck production has started, and we can expect at least 500 units by the end of this year. As far as we know, the forthcoming truck will be all electric and producing 600 horsepower.
It should also use the 109-kWh battery that will deliver around 250 miles of range. The manufacturer also promised that it can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in ten hours with Level 2 11-kW AC power. There will also be a quicker way to charge this truck using a utilizing Level 3 DC charging.
2023 Lordstown Endurance Design
We now have some images of the 2023 Lordstown Endurance, and it looks really futuristic. In general, design is attractive and truly unique. From information that we got, the forthcoming truck will only be available as four doors, with a medium-length bed and a Crew Cab configuration.
The front fascia definitively stands out thanks to a unique closed grille and very eye-catchy LED headlamps. As for the size, the new truck should be identical to the upcoming Silverado EV truck. Furthermore, the manufacturer claims that the Endurance will also have room for some optional upgrades and a large selection of wheels and tires.
The 2023 Lordstown Endurance has a very attractive and spacious cabin thanks to a four-door, crew-cab body. Unlike other rivals in the segment, this model comes with the dashboard having a lot of straight lines, and its vents are incorporated into the middle section. On top of that, the manufacturer used a trio of digital displays for the driver information, infotainment system, and the gauge cluster. The steering wheel also looks odd, and it seems to have touch-sensitive controls.
Unfortunately, we don’t know the exact size of the touchscreen, but from the first images, it looks very large. Also, the image does indicate it will be compatible with Apple CarPlay.

The all-new 2023 Lordstown Endurance is an electric pickup that will produce great output. This model should, according to Lordstown motors produces 600 horsepower. Also, it uses a 109-kWh battery that will be able to deliver 250 miles of range on a single charge.
The charging from 20 to 80 percent can take ten hours with Level 2 11-kW AC power or 30-90 minutes with a Level 3 DC charging. Lordstown Endurance thanks to a powerful engine and spacious cab that can tow up to 7,500 pounds. A medium-length bed and a Crew Cab model will be available initially.
How Much Does Lordstown Endurance Cost?
The 2023 Lordstown Endurance will be available later this year with a starting price of about $52,500 for the base model.
Considering that this pickup is all-electric, the Endurance could also qualify for a federal tax credit of up to $7,500, which is a great deal. The Ohio-based startup company is targeting 500 units this year, while more units are expected in 2023.
