The all-new 2023 Honda Ridgeline Type R will have a sportier appearance than the standard model. Basically, it will be Ridgeline on steroids. Anyway, some of the renderings are available, and they reveal bold and aggressive styling. This unique truck will add more muscles, and it will have new wheels, wider air vents, and larger air intakes.
A blacked-out grille that we saw on the Black Edition is present just like and a redesigned bumper. On the other hand, Honda will likely to lower the ride height of this model and add sportier 19-inch wheels.
Interior Details
On the inside, the 2023 Honda Ridgeline Type R comfort should be increased compared to the regular model. However, we can expect the same seating layout and enough room to accommodate five passengers. As usual, the high-performance model will offer a plethora of better features, and it will also come with more supportive seats.
The Japanese carmaker, according to rumors, will add leather seats, contrast stitching, and sporty steering wheel. Although this numbers are not yet officially confirmed. We also got information that the VTEC system and direct-injection fuel system would be available as well. The current Honda Ridgeline with the same engine produces 280 horsepower and 262 lb.-ft of torque.
Price, Release Date
The more aggressive Honda Ridgeline is coming, and it will bring more attractiveness than we thought. As far as we can say, the forthcoming Honda Ridgeline Type R may be more expensive than the Black Edition Ridgeline trim, which is currently the top trim level.
