The entry-level off-road variant 2023 Ford F-150 Rattler is officially coming this fall. Thus, the new package will be available to get now even on the base XL trim level. The Rattler from information that is official will add some of the off-road equipment found in the FX4 package.
That’s including an electronic locking rear differential and hill descent control. So far, Ford hasn’t revealed pricing of the upcoming package, but we expect the Rattler to cost slightly less than the FX4 package. Like the regular model, the new Rattler will be available as a SuperCab or SuperCrew.
2023 Ford F-150 Rattler Design
Cosmetically, unlike the standard F-150, the Rattler package makes this truck more eye-catchy and off-road capable. Visually, the new 2023 Ford F-150 Rattler is attractive and is distinguished by a dual exhaust tip and painted 18-inch aluminum wheels.
According to Blue Oval company, the forthcoming model with dual exhaust tips should provide a bold sound. We also noticed that the Rattler badge is on the fenders, while the Rattler graphic is visible thanks to a snakeskin look on the side of the bed. Ford also reveals that this truck will be available in a robust palette of exterior colors. This includes Oxford White, Avalanche, Iconic Silver, Carbonized Gray, Antimatter Blue, Stone Gray, Agate Black, and Rapid Red TriCoat colors.
Modern Interior
Inside, the 2023 Ford F-150 Rattler comes with a unique accent that helps it stand out from other trim levels. This off-roader comes with attractive onyx seats that are very supportive and feature bronze accents and stitching.
Ford hasn’t released any information on equipment, but we should expect it to offer more than the standard F-150. Just like the FX4 package, the Rattler will include an electronic locking rear differential and hill descent control.
2023 Ford F-150 Rattler Engine Specs
