The new 2023 Ford Maverick Tremor is the pickup truck that offers great off-roading. In case you didn’t know, this package can be added only to the Maverick’s XLT or Lariat trims. It is similar to that found on the Ranger, F-150, and F-Series Super Duty. Unlike the standard model, the Tremor version adds a retuned suspension and a 17-inch wheel, and an all-terrain tire.
Thanks to that, the ground clearance increased to 9.4 inches, which is almost an inch more than the other all-wheel-drive Maverick models. According to Blue Oval, the Maverick will use a 250-horsepower 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with all-wheel drive. It also gets a special twin-clutch rear differential, the same we saw with the Bronco Sport.

The 2023 Ford Maverick Tremor is an off-road pickup truck that looks very attractive. Unlike the regular version, this one comes with an all-wheel-drive system, a one-inch lift, special front, and rear springs and dampers, and Trail Control. Beautiful orange accents are available on the grille, wheels, and front tow hooks.
Also, the front bumper is redesigned, featuring steel skid plates and a steeper. Interestingly, the manufacturer tinted the headlights and taillights and blacked out the Ford logos. They also added more stylish 17-inch wheels that are finished in a dark gray and wrapped in all-terrain tires.
Sporty Interior
Inside, the latest 2023 Ford Maverick Tremor pickup truck looks way better compared to other Maverick models. First of all, the cabin is very spacious, offering room for up to five passengers. Unlike the other models, this pickup truck comes with unique Black Onyx seats that feature orange stitching and Tremor logos. Buyers can also choose a Tremor Appearance package, which adds roof and mirror caps painted in Carbonized Gray and some black accents.
Basically, everything else is the same as on the regular one, starting with the infotainment and digital dashboard. As far as we know, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard. Safety will also be improved, and we can expect a long list of features.
2023 Ford Maverick Tremor Engine Specs
Under the hood, the new 2023 Ford Maverick Tremor will be powered by a very familiar engine. It will reportedly use a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 250 horsepower. All-wheel drive is standard, and the new Maverick also gets a special twin-clutch rear differential.
The same can be found with the Bronco Sport, which can be locked for maximum traction. The manufacturer also reveals its towing and payload ratings, which are 2,000 pounds and 1,200 pounds, respectively.
2023 Ford Maverick Tremor Price, Release Date
The exact pricing of the 2023 Ford Maverick has not yet been revealed, but we can expect an all-wheel-drive XLT model to start at $27,510. The Tremor package starts at $2,995 and $1,495 for the Tremor Appearance package. From what we heard, orders for this amazing pickup truck will begin in September.
As you probably know, the segment where Maverick is crowded with many competitors but the closest is the Hyundai Santa Cruz. It is worth noting that mentioned model is currently not available in any off-road trims.
